1. Working conditions

Under following conditions, generators are reliable to work, supply power and work 24hrs constantly with prime power supply (which include 10% overload for 1hr every 12hrs)
1000m above the sea level Environment is from -15 C°to 40 C°, other environment generators are optional.

2. Low working noise
Super low noise can make buildings and facilities operate efficiently.

3. Main and necessary protection devices
Generator start mode should be auto. They must equip with AMF (automatic Mains Failure) functions and ATS, which realize auto start. When the mains is failure, the start time lags < 20s(adjustable), the generators can start automatically(there are three continuous auto start functions), mains/generator completely transferring time is < 20s. Thus, the generators can fully make sure the load time less than 30s. When the mains is on, the generators will maintain 0-300s running and then auto stop after cooling (adjustable).

4. Stable performance and strong reliability
The generators MTBF is over 1000hrs;
Empty load volts of the generators are 95-105% of the rating voltage.

Solution:

The generators, with advance performance, adopts low noise design, equip PLC-5220 control panel which is with AMF functions. Through connection with ATS, it makes sure the alternative power supply instantly when the mains is off.
